Anniversary Gifts and Landa Park

for our anniversary, my husband got me the Xpress Redi Set Go cooker! (his present was a fishing trip to the coast...OVERNITE trip i might add....) for those of you who know me, ya'll know that i do not cook much at all. i can make some mean scrambled eggs and a box of mac-n-cheese, but that's about all. this thing is so cool! so far, we have made omletts twice and hotdog muffins, which the kids (and me) gobbled up. here is our first attempt.











it was fast and easy! just like the infomercial said!

we all went to landa park today......the water was COLD!!!!! with only one little mishap (shorty girl fell and flailed around a bit) it was a great day, complete with a train ride around the park.
