we went to a Christmas Party last nite for the police department. it was a lot of fun! the first year we went, we won this huge stereo with surround sound speakers - it was crazy! then, the last two years, we won a DVD player. yep - two years in a row. but, this year our luck has changed. we got a $25 gift certificate to radio shack, and a black and decker cordless drill! it was great! last year we tried to get kaenen to sit with blut santa and take a picture, but he would have nothing to to with it. THIS year, he said 'no no no no' the entire time we were in line. when it was our turn, he let out one of his famous kaenen screams when i put him in santa's lap. but, when the photographer said 'kaenen - smile!'.............HE DID!!! not because his mama was saying smile, but a very nice stranger. so, here is the final product. it is a picture of a picture, but i am going to try to scan it at walmart and print it out (it is a poloraid picture). so, we may have got our santa picture for this year. if i can't scan it, then i will try one more time this weekend at the festival of angels. this santa picture thing is starting to not be som much fun anymore..........
