Aquarena Springs and Nap Time

we took an impromptu trip to san marcos yesterday to go on the glass bottom boat ride at aquarena springs. the kids really liked it! the boy was listening to the tour guide and shorty girl was pointing out all the animals we saw. they also have a little aquarium you can walk around (for free) and the kids were looking - actually looking at all the animals and asking questions. they are so inquisitive!










one of the things that i absolutely love about shorty girl is how thoughtful she is, even towards her stuffed animals. when the kids go to sleep, they always pick an animal they want to sleep with. so, when shorty girl puts her stuffed animals to bed, she makes sure that they have their own animal to sleep with. she even remembers which animal is sleeping, and which animal is the animal who is sleeping with the sleeping animal....if you can follow that....

she wanted to show me that she put her animals to bed, so i had to bring my camera...



apparently there was no room at the inn, so poor puppy had to take a nap on the potty....
