Why does the Easter bunny hide eggs?

shouldn't it be carrots? or shouldn't he be the easter chicken?

anyway, we had a good easter. the kids were up super early, so we did the egg hunt right away. i wanted to put them in their easter clothes, but hunting for eggs in your jammies is the way to go.

the 'baskets' for holding all the eggs. (their actual easter baskets are in storage.....we were supposed to ALREADY BE LIVING IN OUR NEW HOUSE BY NOW, so i didn't worry about not having their baskets).

the boy found the first egg. he was inspecting it to make sure there was candy in it.

i also got the kids new swimsuits. again, they have swimming suits in storage, but WE WERE SUPPOSED TO BE LIVING........ok, you get the point. the boy could care less about his, but shorty girl didn't want to take hers off.






look at those legs!! when she came home to us, she has very little muscle tone in all of her body. now....she is solid as a rock!
