Another fun trip to Sea World

we had a blast! except for one small moment.....

for those of you who are following the boy's current fascination, ya'll all know it's Shamu (and Tom Burgeon from America's Funniest Videos). my mother in law bought the kids the dvd of the Believe Show, which i know have memorized. so, we go to sea world today and all the boy can talk about is seeing the 'believe' show and getting splashed by shamu (aka - sitting in the splash zone). we go to the show and the time comes for shamu to soak everyone. we get water splashed on us 3 times. each time we got splashed, the kids screamed louder. when the buckets of water finally stopped, both of the kids were crying and screaming. i was worried that the boy's fascination with that damn whale had ended. for about an hour, he kept saying 'all done shamu show!!', but that changed into him singing the song from the shamu show and asking to go back. so, rest assured, shamu still outranks mama in this house. *sigh*

shorty girl had a blast - she cried only for a few minutes and then was laughing after the shamu episode. she enjoyed eating popcorn and playing with her new shamu stuffed animal more so than the shows. she's such a trooper - just a go with the flow kind of gal.

the picture of the boy drinking from the cup with the crazy eyes and shorty girl looking like she is in a coma - they were drinking lemonade. they didn't have milk at the restraunt, and the kids had been drinking water all day, so i wanted them to have something with a little flavor. they very rarely have sugary drinks like that, so let me tell you...........they sucked that cup dry.
