happy 4th of july!!

happy independence day everyone....i hope ya'll are having a great day. so far, we have gone out to a place called deanna rose farms. it is this cool little place with different petting areas, playgrounds, a dairy barn, hayrides, horseback riding - all farm related stuff. it is free to get it, which is great! the kids had a lot of fun running around petting goats and going down the barnyard slide. we went on a hayride where the last leg of the ride, the horses were excited to go home, so they ran back. it was a bumpy ride! they got to see pigs, chickens, goats (big and little) baby cows, big cows, horses, ducks, fish, turtles, the list goes on and on. they also had their first fruit snacks (or gummies as they call them). they thought they were eating pure gold.

our plans for tonite are to bbq, go swimming, and do some fireworks (sparklers). more pictures to come!!
