GGGRRRRR........

if you read the last post, i said that things are finally moving along with shorty girl's adoption. well, i lied. as we were about to walk out the door for our meeting to read her case file, they (CPS) called to say that the file isn't ready, and they don't know when it will be ready. WTF??? I scheduled this appointment thursday morning. she couldn't check then or friday to make sure the freakin' file was there???
