Guess Who's Back?

yep folks, i'm back. ever since thursday, my mind has been in a cloud. shorty is fine. she already is, but will always be ours. no worries.

my best friend jami is now the proud mother of two kids. we have spend friday, saturday, sunday, monday, and tuesday getting her neice (now her daughter) home here. we have fought with grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, and even the law (actually they were on our side). we have been accused of kidnapping and instigating. we slept for a total of 8 hours over the course of 3 days. we have been covered in mudd after dragging one million branches from her back yard to the front yard. the bottom line is - we have been busy. but, the best thing is that her daughter is home and they are on the way to adopting her. *whew*

so, sorry to everyone that i have not called for the past few days or people i have had to cancel plans on. all of this came up so fast (literally with one phone call) and we had to take the opportunity to get it resolved. now, things are starting to get back to normal.........if normal actually even exists......
