Kaenen has seemed to grow up so much this past week - it is amazing how fast he is learning new skills, words, sentences....the list goes on and on. He is still counting to 10, but is now leaving out random numbers (this week he is leaving out 3 and 5). He says 'more' all the time (he learned it a while ago) and I have been working on him saying 'more _____' so I know what he wants. He will repeat it after me, and sometimes do it spontaneously, but for the most part still requires me to prompt him. EXCEPT when we are outside. He will say 'more outside' clear as a freakin' bell. Or 'more puppy' when he wants Brixton to chase him outside. OH - also 'more car' when he wants to bring his 4 wheeler outside. I know that little boy is holding back on how much he can say..........
I was working on colors with Kaenen the other day with the top hats and bean bags. He would say the color of the bean bag (after I had said it) and then I would throw the bean bag across the room for him to 'fetch' it. He crawled over and brought it back to me with his mouth - just like Brixton. I was so proud.
Richard is no longer just a police man. He is now a movie star. He will be going to LA in December to make a episode for Court TV. They are flying him out there for 3 days - and just him. We have to stay at home while he gets to be a movie star. Please, no autographs.
